Athletes will be placed into set groups of six, each with a consistent weekly training time—typically once per week. These groups are thoughtfully organized based on availability, skill level, and age to create the most effective training environment.

Follows an à la carte format to provide greater flexibility and more targeted development. Athletes will be placed into training pods of 8–10 players, grouped by similar age and skill level. A list of available training sessions — each limited to 6 players per session — will then be shared with your pod, allowing you to select the dates and times that best fit your schedule.
